Why would I want another freezer pack?

Instead of using one freezer pack for 60 minutes we have found that tackling an area such as the abdomen is best split into two 45 minute sessions.

First treat your lower abdomen for 45 minutes then change the pack over with one straight out of the freezer and treat your upper abdomen for 45 minutes. 

There will be a slight overlap in your mid section which will receive 1.5 hours and produce quicker results.
