We believe in the quality of our product, and will replace any items with manufacturer’s defects within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a replacement.
You may be asked to document the defect so that we may evaluate the problem and determine whether the quality of the product you received is faulty. Documenting any defects will assist us in furthering our quality control.
As far as we know we are the only fat freezing belt company to accept returns on a used product. If you don't have any reduction in the area that has been targeted for 28 days then you can contact us to return your used belts for a refund. We will ask to see a journal of before and after measurements of targeted areas and usage and if you have any pictures that would help. If you purchase the belts and use them a handful of times then you won't get results. We will not refund you on a used belt if you just use it a few times as you understand that to see results you must use them daily for at least 28 days (Most people see results in weeks 2-3 but keep using for the full 28 days) We will not accept returns for reasons such as - "it's too cold" or "I don't have the time" - this is a fat freezing treatment and by the description in itself it is clear that is is not a treatment that is designed to pamper you.
If you experience an adverse event from the use of our Fat Freezing Belts, you must contact us immediately. We will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping charges, only if this adverse event is reported within 30 days of receipt of the product. The adverse event must be properly documented, preferably by a doctor’s evaluation or by photos. If the adverse event occurs on an individual who is not the purchaser and authorised user of the product, the event must still be reported.
You will need to contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation before returning a product for a refund. Once you receive the return authorisation, simply return the product to us at your expense with appropriate shipment insurance:
You must include your name, address and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly. You must return all components in order to be issued a refund. Our customer services will issue a refund (either by original credit card or the paypal account used within 14 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, provided the return qualifies for a refund consistent with these terms. If the return does not qualify or is incomplete, then our customer service will attempt to notify you of the additional steps required to qualify for a refund.
In the event a product is damaged during shipment to you, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge, provided you notify our customer service team of the damaged shipment and provide proper documentation of the damage within 5 business days of receiving it. If you desire replacement parts or components after 30 days, these can be purchased on our website.
